Oh What a Day!!

Yesterday was A-High's homecoming game and Jaxon enjoyed just about every minute of it. We started out the day in her big girl bath tub...of course she is just chillin.

Then we got dressed in her pre-game outfit and watched some sports center! She litterally laid there and watched everthing ESPN had to say about the National League playoffs...it was great.

We then changed her into her eagle outfit that my friend Candice made for. And of course this being her first time to wear it, it is just almost too small, but too cute not to wear. She was great at the football game. She let tons of people hold her, she fell asleep, watched the band, and when half time was over, she decided it was time to go home. When we got home, I fed her and then she was out. I couldn't even change her into her pajamas...she just wanted to sleep from her busy, busy day!!

Then we woke up this morning in a fantastic mood and she was rolling over in her Eagle outfit...how cute are the ruffles on her butt! Candice you have to make me another one!!

My Poor Baby

I hate experiencing new things...especially when you have to learn to keep a crying baby happy. It is no secret that my baby is perfect. She sleeps, eats, poops, burps...and everything else a baby is supposed to do perfectly. She doesn't fuss when she has gas...she doesn't cry just to cry...she is just perfectly content with what the Lord has done for her...but today she had her first shots...and I almost died. In fact my heart literally dropped 2 feet. And sorry to sound like an experienced teenager but man that sucked. It was terrible seeing her in that pain for those first two minutes. But then the trooper was okay...until the medicine wore off...and round two was even worse. There was nothing I could do to help her out until the medicine kicked in again. I felt so useless. But now all is well and she is sleeping with her daddy...for another 4 hours, so I can give her more medicine. But this is what we have been doing sense.
<-- The before photo The after photo (obviously taken a while ago in the bath...but this is just about what it was like)...
Chipper Jones Beanie Baby Bunnie is making her feel better.

And my babies passed out on top of me. Normally I would not let my dog so close to Jaxon...but he literally would not leave her side today after she screamed for 40 minutes straight...it was like he was thinking "If I could just lick her she would feel better." Anyway the two of them were inseparable and she was sleeping great on top of me...she even left me a little drool stain.

By the way the growing girl weighs 11 pounds and is 23 inches long.

Talking To Her Daddy

ps. I did not spank her hiney.

Pictures, Pictures, & More Pictures

Just a few pictures that I thought you would like to see...
This cute little outfit has ruffles on the butt and is the warmest thing she had to wear during our minor coldfront we witnessed last week...of course the cuteness of this outfit lasted 3 minutes after this picture was taken because she pooped all over it.

Here is my little Pug resting on my shoulder...really she is just about passed out in my arms and is snoring in my ear.

Another cute Hooded Towel picture.

Jaxon and Chipper Jones Beanie Baby Bunny have really become best friends!!

It's Happening

It's happening...it seems like it was only yesterday when every item of clothing Jaxon owned was way to big for her and now we have our first onesie that is too small. There is also another pajama outfit that may not fit...but it's my favorite on her, so I am going to try and get a few more nights out of it.

She has become miss bubble-blower, and talks all the time...just yesterday she was saying "uggguwa-da-wabuwa." And I have been putting her in her Bumbo seat for maybe 45 seconds at a time...doesn't seem too long, but she is just way to cute not to hold...so I take on the job of the Bumbo. I have a few shots of her in it...in her cute onesie that her "aunt" Candice bought her that says "Nobody puts Baby in the corner." It's just the funniest thing I have ever seen!!

Hooded Towels

I figure one can't have a bubble bath picture with showing off the fabulous hooded towel. When I was having my baby showers I received maybe 20 something hooded towels. Besides them being a super popular gift, they are just about the cutest things ever invented. You can't really see the image occupying the hood in the picture, but it is a cute duck. I will make sure to "capture" the cuteness of the towel in the next picture I take rather than the adorable baby .
